What it is

The Call.

The Call is the accountability room. One Corridor Call goes out per issue — a single prediction, named, dated, and pinned to the I-35 corridor — and the next issue grades it in public. No hedges, no soft language, no retroactive edits. If the Call hits, it is marked hit and the reasoning is published. If the Call misses, it is marked missed and the reasoning is published the same way. Owners do not need another newsletter of opinions; they need a room where the writer has skin in the next 90 days. The Call is the only room on the campus where Kairos is graded by name.

ONE CALLExactly one prediction per issue — a Corridor Call on the I-35 economy, named and dated on the page it ships.
THE GRADENext issue opens with the grade — hit or miss, in print, with the reasoning that drove the call attached.
CORRIDOR ONLYThe Call lives on the I-35 corridor; if it cannot be tied to Fort Worth, it does not ship.
NO EDITSOnce the Call is in print, the language does not move; the grade is rendered against the words as written.
